TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
MINUTEMAN AUCTION COMPANY
Announcements made on site at time of the auction take precedence over any other so advertised or printed material. All information, descriptions, and listing for such auction and/or item/s are deemed to be reliable and accurate but are subject to error. Reasonable care and effort is made to verify all items so listed and described but Minuteman Auction is not and will not accept responsibility for errors in regard to: authenticity, age, description, condition, listings, function of historical significance, guarantees, province, value, safety of, or other so-called factors which may or may not affect the buying and/or selling of said item and/or items. Furthermore, all items sold at auction are consigned and contracted to Minuteman Auction and the responsibility of prior ownership rests with the seller/consignor with Minuteman Auction merely acting as an agent between seller and buyer. Disputes of prior ownership are to be directed at the contracted consignor and not at Minuteman Auction Co. who will need to accept responsibility regarding prior ownership of items auctioned. Responsibility of such remains with the buyer and everything sold is sold "as is-where is" without any implied or expressed warranty and/or guarantee by either the auction co./(auctioneer) and/or the seller. All sales are final and terms are cash, good check with approval, Visa, and MasterCard. There is no buyer's premium and no surcharge for use of credit cards where applicable. Minuteman Auction reserves the right to withdraw any item advertised prior to coming to the auction block. Some items may have minimal reserve (selling price) that if not met will announce that such reserve is not met and the item is withdrawn from that sale. No consignor may bid nor have any party on his behalf bid on his/her item/s. All items must be picked up by 2nd day of following week for auctions at the gallery and on the same day for on-site auctions. Any other arrangements need to be approved by auctioneer. Items sold at auction immediately become property of the successful bidder and becomes his/her responsibility to keep up with and if loss and/or damage occurs after becoming successful bidder it will still require full payment at conclusion of auction. Items left in auction gallery for 30 or more days will be sold for storage unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by written statement from auction co. Tax ID numbers are required to be on file with Minuteman Auction Co. prior to release from sales tax, responsibility. No exceptions! Lee McKeel LIC# 2907-002970 |
